Chris Healy has been named one of the top 10 political consultants in Connecticut (and one of the top 500 in the country) by Campaign & Elections Magazine - the nation's leading periodical on campaign practices.
Healy, chairman of the Connecticut Republican Party and member of the Republican National Committee from 2007 to 2011, made the annual list, which sites five top political consultants in each state for Democrats and Republicans.
The magazine published their list of consultants in a separate publication called "Campaign and Elections Influencers 500," which is a companion to its November/December 2012 issue.
During his career in politics, public relations and government relations, Healy earned a reputation for building effective organizations, communications operations and grass roots platforms for business clients and candidates. In his term as leader of Connecticut Republicans, Healy also brought the state party into the world of social media, a round-the-clock the clock media presence and won praise from Democrats and Republicans for his ability to crystallize messages and deliver them through earned and paid media.
Healy and his wife, Suzan M. Bibisi, a former reporter and public relations professional, are co-owners of The Healy Strategy, a public and government relations firm, which focuses on grass roots organizations, non-profit development and media management.
